Wayne, great thread. I have had the same problem trying to charge both my batteries that are in parallel. I never got around to calling Norco and decided to leave on charge through the motorhome. It does exactly what you describe. Will charge separately. Thanks.

The place has gated 24 hour security and barbed wire along the walls surrounding the campground. Never felt unsafe inside.

Stayed at French Quarter RV Resort, which is right in the middle of New Orleans. Interesting place. A lot of History. Ended up Ubering due to parking costs (was cheaper to do). Have a lot more pictures. Did an airboat tour and haunted house tour with kids.

When we replaced our toilet, Camping World only had 1 in stock...didn't dare to ask how long if ordered.

Precisely my optimal plan. Our rig is a 2015. Had to replace toilet as seal got worn out but we may have used a chemical that hastened its demise. We are counting the days until May 16th (day we head to Texas).

Only bummer is our Country parks only let you stay 14 days max at a time up to 30 days total within a certain time period per park per year. So, we moved a lot and had to stay at a park with no dump...had to do the cart dumping thing which I did not like one bit. Been an experience and...

Caverns were by appointment only...so at 8:30 a.m. (first time slot) there was hardly anyone around. Second time (8:30 a.m.) we did the hike to the Cavern and wasn't too bad. When we left later (both days) it was more busy. Earlier appointment seemed to be the ticket to avoiding crowds.

At the Carlsbad Caverns, there is a 9 mile scenic drive around the area. Lots of wildlife.

Also drove to White Sands National Park. Very cool place.
