What in the world was she thinking? It's not even legal in most states to ride in a towed trailer.

Goes to show, you can have all the degrees in the world and still be an idiot.

On a similar note, when we first got our trailer, the wife was stuck on the idea she could ride back there.

I let her ride back there from the campsite to the dump station, about 1/2 mile tops at 5mph and that was enough for her to decide that she didn't want to ride back there anymore. Sways more than a ship on the ocean I suspect. Not to mention, we didn't have a big generator and it would have gotten quite hot in there.......and Carbon Monoxide, etc etc.

I looked at the link someone provided in the parallel BITOG thread. 11 states allow riding in a travel trailer and 23 allow riding in a 5th wheel. Never knew, amazing.

I had to read that several times to figure out what it was. Some can go to school all of their sheltered life and still can’t open a can of beans. Whether it’s legal or not it’s still a bad idea.
