Moonlight dancing on the water

This was such a great scene, we just stood there and looked for quite a while. I didn't think my iPhone would be able to capture this with any realism, but I tried anyway. Wow, these modern phones have really great cameras! This phone is a 13 Pro and I wonder how the 15 is...

I have a Sony Alpha mirrorless digial camera. When you want to play with the exposure triangle is when the good cameras really shine. Glass also makes a huge difference in photo quality and price. You wanna play, you gotta pay.

You can see just a bit of blur in the photo, because on a cell phone camera, you can't change the aperture. Had this been a real camera, I would have kept a shutter speed of about 1/100th of a second (no tripod) and opened the aperture to get in enough light. There would be no blur with that shutter speed. The phone has to hold the shutter open much longer to get enough light and this causes a blur.
