Camco makes a lot of good products and I own several of them. But this video takes salesmanship too far. At 20 seconds the sales guy says that you have less of a chance of tripping the breaker on your 15 amp outlet. I'm gonna call total BS on that one. He also claims that you'll have less of a chance of overheating the 15 amp outlet. When is the last time you had a 15 amp outlet overheat? I have run 1,500 watt heaters continuously for days and have never had one overheat.
Further, the packaging is in my opinion deceptive. It appears that you get two 15 amp plugs to add up to a single 30 amp plug. That's not the way duplex outlets work. The maximum current you'll ever get from a 15 amp full duplex outlet is 15 amps, not 30 amp.
I'm calling this product a solution looking for a problem that doesn't exist.
