We use the Propride P3 anti-sway hitch on our 30′ Airstream trailer to mitigate sway. The hitch is awesome at eliminating sway, but it does have one flaw that can cause the bearings to rust. Water can get into the bearings from the top dust caps, causing rust and corrosion. This video show how water can affect the P3 hitch and a simple solution I found to keep the water out.
