any of you know the importance of tie downs on a trailer?
especially a boat trailer.

just got back from the store, bit of a traffic snafu on main road a mile from home.
Seems Floriduh Boater Man doesn't know why it is important to tie stuff down on a trailer.
In this case it is a 30 foot or so twin screw Cabin Cruiser type boat.
slid right off the trailer and now laying in the road.
cops sitting behind it directing traffic..
