what can you use a pool noodle for?

keeping the tray in place in the microwave for one thing.

keeping plates and such from rattling against cabinet doors or keeping lids on stuff.

other common household stuff also serve purposes in a RV..

for instance the fridge doors pop open once in awhile but not if you use a shower suction cup and bungee

Lots of great ideas! I really like the use of trimmed pool noodles to keep the plate in the microwave from moving. BTW, that's the cleanest used microwave I've ever seen.

those pool noodles are only a dollar or two at the Dollar Store.. cut em to fit just about anything.. they also work on slide out corners where you bump your head.

We use them on the slide corners and on the edge of the dining room table, soon more...
yeah.. its like the spouse has little doilies between all the plates and bowls that are stacked.. but since some of those pool noodles are leftover from what she really wants secure, she just cuts them to fit and shoves them in the cupboards for extra rattle protection. that is why there are so many...

My wife keeps small pillows around, so those are what we stuff inside cabinets and the microwave. I have bungee cords in the pass thru along the top to keep my fishing poles suspending. Works pretty well.
