On a local's recommendation, we drove 60 miles round trip from where we were camping to have breakfast at Echo Lake Café. They have seating both inside and outside and we chose outside because the weather was very nice. The recommendation was spot on, because the menu choices are very creative and the food was out of this world good.

Would we recommend driving 60 miles round trip just to eat here? Yeah, it was that good!

Very nice Wayne. Wish I would of been there to eat lol. I bet the food was great. Just missing the biscuits and gravy like a country boy like me eats for breakfast 😋🙂.

EDIT: now I see it 🙂. Didn’t read close enough.
