Just read an article that adding salt to coffee takes the bitterness out. My new thing to do now.

Just read an article that adding salt to coffee takes the bitterness out. My new thing to do now.

I just saw this and have about 1/2 of my Yeti rambler left so I put a dash of salt in. Yes, it does take the bitterness away, but it also doesn't take much salt! No bitterness, but a slight salty taste. I'll try less salt next time.

I think they say a 1/4 teaspoon per pot.

That sounds about right, certainly no more than that, else it would start to taste like salt.
